30 days, no quibbles

Not happy with Kansei Link, for any reason? Email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. That goes for Basic, Pro and upgrades.

Once you're refunded, delete your copies. Any licence key is switched off.

After 30 days

We don't give refunds after 30 days, including when a Mazda update removes Kansei Link or moves your car to firmware we don't support. This doesn't affect your legal rights if Kansei Link is faulty.

Your legal right to cancel

If you live in the UK or the EU, the law also gives you 14 days to cancel. When you choose to download straight away at checkout, that right ends once the download starts. Our 30-day promise still covers you.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with:

• your order number;
• your car's model, year and firmware version, if it's about installing;
• what happened (a photo of the screen helps).

Stripe, our reseller, pays every refund back to your original payment method. You can also ask Onelink support, which looks after Stripe's sales. Bought before 14 October 2026? Email us and we'll sort your refund.
